Out of hours emergency line
Our out of hours emergency service is available for registered clients who have attended their welcome consultation with us. If you have not yet attended an appointment within hours, please contact the veterinary practice with whom you are already registered.
For registered clients who have attended a welcome consultation with us, if your pet requires urgent medical attention out of hours, please call our emergency line (01525 582999) for assistance.
Additional Support
As a new practice operating in exceptional times, we feel it is important to have additional support in place for you in case we are unable to attend to your pets needs. We have therefore teamed up with Henlow Veterinary Centre (22 Bedford Road, Lower Stondon, SG16 6EA) to make sure that we can provide the emergency care that your pet deserves.
Our arrangement with Henlow Veterinary Centre means that there may be times when you will need to travel to Henlow to be seen out of hours, but you will be advised where to take your pet when you call. In all circumstances, the out of hours vet you see will have access to your pet’s medical records.
If you are seen by Henlow Vets, you will pay them directly for out of hours care they have provided.
